Two weeks ago, the ATELIER partners met at the Caritas Europa Headquarters in Brussels for our fifth and final Transnational Project Meeting (TPM). As the three-year project reaches its final phase, KC Kompetenscenter (CKC) took a leading role in evaluating and measuring the overall impact generated by ATELIER—capturing how co-design transforms organizational cultures, boosts practitioner confidence, and shapes community inclusion.
As we prepare for the official conclusion of the project, our main deliverables are entering their final stages:
The ATELIER MOOC: The final user experience refinements and translation checks are complete, with a public launch scheduled for next weeks.
Guidelines & Addendum: The Learning Programme Adoption Guidelines and the In-Presence Workshop Addendum have officially entered their validation phase, undergoing rigorous quality reviews by the Advisory Board.
We are already planning the next steps to ensure this legacy lives on, including exploring a new European community network under the CERV Programme.

KC Kompetenscenter at Demokrati Dag Malmö 2026
KC Kompetenscenter participated in Demokrati Dag Malmö 2026, alongside organizations, public institutions, and citizens to promote democracy, participation, and social inclusion.
Throughout the event, our team engaged visitors in meaningful conversations about active citizenship and community involvement. Through interactive activities and discussions, participants were encouraged to reflect on the question "Vad vill du förändra?" ("What would you like to change?") and to share ideas for creating a stronger, more inclusive society.
Working alongside local and European partners, including Europa Direkt Lund, we showcased opportunities for civic engagement, international cooperation, and community-driven initiatives. Our stand became a meeting place where visitors could learn more about democratic participation and connect with people from diverse backgrounds and experiences.
Events such as Demokrati Dag Malmö play an important role in strengthening dialogue between citizens, organizations, and institutions. At KC Kompetenscenter, we are proud to contribute to these conversations and to continue supporting initiatives that empower people to make their voices heard.
We would like to thank everyone who visited our stand and shared their thoughts, ideas, and experiences with us.
The CREATE partners met in Maribor, Slovenia, on 17–18 June 2026 for the second Transnational Project Meeting, hosted by OZARA d.o.o..
During the meeting, the consortium finalised Work Package 2, reviewed the CREATE Digital Learning Hub, mentoring activities, and communication strategy, and officially launched Work Package 3, focused on the Prototype Challenge and Video Storytelling activities.
The meeting strengthened cooperation among all partners and defined the next steps to support adults with physical disabilities through 3D printing, entrepreneurship, and inclusive digital learning.
February 2026 - VOICES OF WISDOM Project
We have reached the end of the Voices of Wisdom (VOW) project. Over the past year, we have worked alongside partners in Italy and Greece to bridge the digital divide, transforming seniors from passive technology users into confident digital authors.
The project’s impact has exceeded all expectations, proving that inclusive storytelling is a powerful tool for social change:
90% of participants now feel confident recording and sharing digital content independently.
Social Connection among participants leaped from 40% to 82%, significantly reducing isolation.
Global Reach: Our #MyVoiceMatters campaign reached over 114,000 unique users, ensuring senior voices are heard in the modern digital landscape.
The project’s has ended, but the stories live on. You can now access the full VOW Audio Anthology featuring 20 original episodes from Sweden, Italy, and Greece.

Our mission is to redefine vocational possibilities for adults with physical disabilities by combining 3D printing technology with micro-enterprise skills. Key highlights from this period include:
The upcoming launch of the CREATE Online Hub.
The development of our MOOC (3D Design, Inclusive Design, and Entrepreneurship).
The establishment of our Community of Practice (CoP).
