At CKC, we are dedicated to transforming society through co-creative methods, education and vocational training. We assist individuals and organisations with the skills and knowledge to succeed in change.
Since our founding in 2017, we have worked with local organisations, academies, researchers, and universities abroad. We promote and co-create change within civil society by developing concepts, holding workshops and conferences, coordinating projects and education, and contributing to organisational and societal change. This is what we call Social Design.
At CKC, we define Social Design as applying our expertise to foster systemic change within civil society. It is the framework through which we move from intention to impact.
We actively promote and co-create change by engaging in a focused cycle of development and action:
Developing Concepts: We utilise co-creative methods to design innovative solutions and new models tailored to address specific societal challenges.
Building Competence: We coordinate and deliver focused workshops and education programs that equip individuals and organisations with the know-how to succeed in change efforts.
Coordinating Projects: We manage and execute projects, including various EU programmes and Erasmus+ initiatives that implement these concepts and drive measurable outcomes.
Enabling Transformation: Our ultimate goal is to contribute directly to organisational and societal change, ensuring the skills, knowledge, and collaborative capacity developed are sustainable and lead to lasting positive impact.
In short, Social Design is our methodology for intentional, collaborative transformation. We can support your ideas and intentions, develop a concept, create a process, and be on your side, making an impact.
Our focus includes Erasmus+ projects co-funded by the European Union and social projects, such as those on social inclusion, competence development, and upskilling within civil society. We emphasise social design, collaborative methods, co-creation, and social change. We work with all types of Erasmus+-related projects and other EU-funded projects. We also work with projects and change with local organisations, local municipalities, and on a national level as well.
We believe in motivation and the will to change to make a lasting impact.

Workshop in the conference room "Open Corner"
Our office and venues are located at Nobel 21, an NGO centre managed by the prominent local umbrella organisation "Malmö Ideella," which means "NGOs of Malmö." We have access to a medium-sized conference centre equipped with several small and large workshop rooms and a conference section with spaces that can accommodate more than 80 and 50 people, respectively.
Over 40 non-profit and semi-profit associations have offices here. Our organisation, CKC, designed and initially managed the centre. Malmö Ideella has since then taken over. We continue to support the centre and its management. We encourage you to book your next meeting or conference here. You can visit the website: Nobel21.se
